This past June, I had the pleasure of meeting a true southern belle! Kimberly married at First United Methodist Church in Paris, with a lovely reception at The Wallis House right across the street. If you have an opportunity to visit The Wallis House in the spring or summer, you're in for a treat...this place is filled with beautiful plants, giant hydrangea bushes, roses.....(I must stop....this flower geek could camp there...)
Kimberly's smile & spirit was not dampened by the torrential rains & storms. She was truly a ray of sunshine as she prepared for her day, despite the rough weather.
Kimberly's bouquet included gorgeous light pink peonies, green hydrangea, and pink roses. The sweetest addition was the ring-girl's box. I stained a wood box she gave me, filled with flowers and tied their wedding bands inside. Her tented garden reception was pretty in pink & gold. We incorporated lanterns atop wood risers, gold mercury glass goblets, loads of pink roses & lush greens.... Perfect for a Southern Belle.
Thank you, Kimberly, for providing several images of your wedding day!
